.1. HOW CAN I ORDER KNUCKLE OLIVE HARDWARE?

2. WHAT IS PATINA FINISH? 

   The bronze’s patina is a living finish that develops as the product ages. During the production, the bronze’s oxidised hues (patina) are enhanced through an element bath. Touch, climate, and weather exposure will continue to change the bronze’s colour, sheen, and texture. Knuckle olive hardware considers wear due to climate and use as the patina’s natural ageing process, which enhances the appearance of the bronze. As a result, knuckle olive hardware does not guarantee product patina finishes and will not repair or replace patina finishes under the product warranty. 

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR THE NON-STOCK ITEMS TO BECOME AVAILABLE? 

   Delivery time frame for custom door handle and accessories order may takes up to 3 months, depending on current factories production schedule. For cabinet knobs and pulls, backorder may takes up to 1 months, depending on current factories production schedule. For bespoke items, lead time will be advise accordingly. 

4. WHAT IS KNUCKLE OLIVE HARDWARE’S WARRANTY POLICY? 

   Knuckle olive offers warranty on the internal mechanisms, including all locks, latches, etc. Are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of sale to the original user. Knuckle olive will repair or replace the defective product or parts that fall within these guidelines. When necessary, a proof of purchase dated within the warranty period may be required. The patina finish applied to our bronze product is known as a “living finish” which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc. Because each product will be exposed to a variety set of conditions, we do not warranty the finish of our products. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. 

5. WHAT IS KNUCKLE OLIVE HARDWARE’S RETURN POLICY? 

   Most of our hardware are not to be return or exchange. However, should return be accepted, purchased goods will be reviewed for approval on case by case basis. Each return must be coordinated through the original showroom where the product was purchased. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Knuckle olive’s hardware reserves the right to refuse all returns. 

6. WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRICE LIST? 

   Cabinet hardware retail prices are listed on this website. To view specification and pricing information, click on a product photo. For door hardware, knuckle olive will provide a detailed estimate for a project upon receipt of floor plans with numbered doors and a corresponding door schedule. Pricing is based on product and finish selection, as well as the size of the project. Once the estimate has been approved, knuckle olive will provide a door-by-door schedule with exact pricing. 

7. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SURCHARGES?

   All prices online are subject to any applicable taxes according to local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the price, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
